The Loose Powder Primer is a specific product that improves and extends the wear of your eye and lip makeup.
The silky powder texture is enriched with high absorbency Rice Powder, Silica and Corn Starch that helps set cream products. The Mica gives brightness to your skin.
The loose primer can be used for a base for your cream eyeshadows, blushes, lipstick and is perfect for the entire face. Apply a thin layer over your makeup and lipstick for a matte finish.

Directions for use:
